GENERAL CONDITIONS
The request for availability is not binding and does not constitute a contract for either the customer or HOTEL AURAI.
The booking request represents an Order Form and is therefore binding for the Customer but not binding for HOTEL AURAI, which party reserves the right not to accept the booking.
The booking confirmation that HOTEL AURAI sends to the Customer is binding for both parties and constitutes completion of the booking contract with option.
In the event that a confirmation deposit is requested, the Customer is required to send it within the timeframes indicated by the management of the HOTEL AURAI so that the option is removed and the reservation is definitively confirmed.At this point HOTEL AURAI will undertake to send the customer a confirmation email.
All reservations must be confirmed by fax or email accepting the property's cancellation policy.
Rooms will be available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival until 11:00 am on the day of departure. Any needs must be communicated at the time of booking.
The wellness center is open from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm
The contents of the booking form are binding for both parties pursuant to art. 1322 of the Civil Code.
Prices are per person per day with overnight stay and buffet breakfast.
Access to the wellness center included from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm.
Supplement for double room for single use €10.00 per day; for special rooms €15.00 per day and for Junior suites and suites €30 per day.
From 1 November 2015, the tourist tax of € 1.50 per day for adults and children over 14 years old is in force. The tourist tax, to be paid on site, is mandatory up to the tenth day of stay.
Supplements:Pets in the room with prior authorization: €10 per day for cleaning and sanitization of the environment.
